This is almost my first leadership experience. Participated in provincial conferences to promote regional development; Coordinated student affairs, including organizing student staff for daily routine checks, school festivals, and sports meets.

TEDxUESTC President & Conference Organizer

Sep 2020 - Dec 2021 (University)

Condensed the TEDxUESTC 2021 conference's preparation from an average of 6 months to 3, handling speaker coordination, presentation guidance, content review, and human resource management.

Onboarded and elevated 6 new members to be speaker coaches, ensuring 6 keynote addresses. Crafted multiple contingency plans in the pandemic context, safeguarding the conference's smooth progression.

Procured financial support by liaising with sponsors and school authorities. Restructured the organization’s operational framework afterward with higher organizational dynamics.

Documented communication and organizational skills, insights into a detailed paper, “Speaker Training Skills and Principle Analysis” for the next organization leader.

Oct 2021 - Jan 2022 (University)

Managed financial aspects during and post-conference, ensuring smooth financial operations and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Handled check sheet collection and oversaw the reimbursement application process.
